I am able to get an appointment quickly when I have an issue. My appointments don't feel rushed. Crystal addresses all of my concerns and makes me feel heard. Very refreshing these days.

I originally came in for skincare with JoAnne Angel, she has been doing my facials for years and is very knowledgeable about skincare and technique to keep my skin feeling & looking healthy & youthful. She uses the best products in the country, using peptides, lipids & holistic ingredients with results you can immediately see & feel. It is a luxurious & calming environment. I ended up booking an appointment for primary care with Jahnelle Garcia and was impressed with my overall experince.

Since seeing Jahnelle, my health has improved in enormously! I feel the difference and my wife sees the difference. She LISTENS and together WE decide what course of action to take to get me to where I need to be!

I was skeptical about the televisit but it went well with no glitches. I waited maybe 2 min after my appointment time. All my concerns were addressed and it saved me 40 min of driving going and another 40 min for return. My husband and I have been very sick and we are very grateful for Crystals care.

Dr. Chick has been absolutely wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, and very thorough. She truly listens to my concerns and makes me feel like my health matters. I appreciate how seriously she takes everything and how proactive she has been in making sure nothing gets overlooked. Her personality is amazing—she is caring, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. The entire staff has also been incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout my care. I’m very grateful to have Dr. Chick and her team taking care of me, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

I get the best care from Miss Crystal and staff you could ever ask for.. their medical center is so beautiful and has such a great feeling from the moment you walk in..

My husband has pneumonia and I have bronchitis. Our visit with Crystal chick was a post hospitalization for my husband and an ER visit for me. We were so relieved to see Crystal. We never feel hurried and she is very thorough. We had our medications adjusted and are hopeful for a quick recovery

This was my first time visiting Crystal Chick at her new location and let me just say, the hospitality was absolutely phenomenal. From the layout of the environment to the people that work there. Everything was peaceful and welcoming. Everyone greeted me as if I have been coming there for years. The care that I receive from Crystal Chick is amazing. She always listens to my concerns and makes time to ask what else is going on in my life other than about my health. I highly recommend coming here if you need a PCP!

The quality of care and the compassion shown goes unmatched. You're greeted with a warm, friendly and sincere smile. Jahnelle's MA, Val, is phenomenal. She is professional and friendly. The aesthetician, JoAnne, gives the best facials ever! She's gentle, kind, friendly and you could just tell she takes pride in all she does. The results are amazing! I am in awe of the service i receive. Jahnelle takes medical care to the next level. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will take the time to listen to your concerns and develop a plan for you.

5 stars almost feels like an insult for the care I received and am currently receiving from Crystal, she has been a God send, she has truly helped me with my health than any medical professional in my life. She listens, she connects, she has answers, she has a plan, health actually matters to her. I mean she went above and beyond, what she has done for my mental health, I thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything she has done for me. As long as she's working she has a patient for life. Joanne in the reception is amazing, she makes me and anyone feel so welcomed. As first initial contact when coming in she goes above and beyond which puts you at ease to have a great visit. This place is truly amazing.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I had such a pleasant experience, not only with my Dr. (Jahnelle) but all of the staff I encountered. Everyone was so kind and friendly. JoAnne checked me in when I arrived and made it feel so welcoming. The office itself is so beautiful. I was able to get myself and my baby seen the same day, which made it so convenient. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
